No. We manage the entire cleaning side of your property. With our automated systems, our clean teams are notified of the departures from your property and arrive and take care of everything. Every clean is checklist-based and verified with photo proof before the next guest checks in. Our clean teams also ensure that your property has been left in good condition without damage or loss caused by the outgoing guest.
We handle the levy as part of running your listing — Airbnb collects and remits it automatically on bookings made through the platform, and we keep records straight on your behalf. We recommend confirming your specific situation with the State Revenue Office if anything is unclear.
